The Vertex is Bullpadel’s best known attacking range, and the Bullpadel Vertex 04 Light X Series is the easier going version of it. Bullpadel made it for Padel Market, so it is not in most shops, and it keeps the diamond shape of the full Vertex 04 while putting a lighter, softer build around it.
If you have played for a couple of years and want more punch without a heavy, stiff racket, it is one to look at. Below we cover the specs, who it suits and the cheapest place to buy it in the UK.

Where to Buy the Vertex 04 Light for Less
Padel Market has it for £129.99, down from £207.99, which is the lowest price we found. Amazon also stocks it at £139.64 if you would rather buy there.
Who Should Buy It?
It suits intermediate players moving into a more attacking game, as well as advanced players who want something quicker in the hand than the standard Vertex 04. The diamond head still rewards a full swing on overheads, yet the lighter build makes it easier to recover at the net.
Good for
- Intermediate players ready for a diamond racket
- Attacking players who want a lighter option
- Players who like to add spin on víboras and bandejas
Not ideal for
- Beginners, because a diamond shape is hard to control early on
- Players who want a soft, round racket for comfort
- Anyone after the firmest feel, since the full Vertex 04 is stiffer

How It Plays
The face is Fibrix, which mixes carbon with flexible glass fibre. As a result, the ball leaves the face easily and you do not need a huge swing to get it deep, which suits players who are still building strength in their smash.
Inside, the MultiEva core has firmer outer layers and a softer middle, so fast balls get a crisp response while slower shots feel cushioned. The Top Spin finish also adds grip on the ball, and the Air Power channel in the frame helps the racket move quickly through the air.
Finally, there is CustomWeight, Bullpadel’s system of small plates that change the balance. In other words, you can make it a touch more head heavy as your game develops.

Should You Buy It?
Overall, the Vertex 04 Light is one of the easiest ways into a diamond racket without moving to a heavy, stiff one. Because it is softer than the standard Vertex 04, it also suits players who are still growing into an attacking game. However, if you already hit hard and cleanly, the full Vertex 04 will give you more. Still, at £129.99 it is good value for an exclusive Bullpadel model, so it is well worth a look.
Bullpadel Vertex 04 Light FAQs
Is the Bullpadel Vertex 04 Light good for intermediate players?
Yes. It is one of the better diamond rackets for intermediate players, because the lighter build and softer face make the shape easier to manage than the standard Vertex 04.
What is the difference between the Vertex 04 and the Vertex 04 Light?
The Light X Series keeps the diamond shape and high balance but is lighter and more forgiving. By contrast, the standard Vertex 04 uses a stiffer carbon face, so it gives strong players more power but punishes mishits more.
Where can I buy the Bullpadel Vertex 04 Light in the UK?
Padel Market is the cheapest at £129.99, and Amazon UK also stocks it. We list both in the price table above.
