Who It Suits
The Radical Pro suits advanced players who want a stable, heavier racket that does everything well. It is a good fit for strong players on either side who like to feel the ball on the face.
Good for
- Advanced all round players
- Strong players who like a heavier racket
- Players who want power and stability
Not ideal for
- Beginners
- Lighter players who tire with heavy rackets
On Court
The weight gives the Radical Pro real stability. Volleys and blocks feel solid, and the ball goes through the court on overheads.
Control Foam keeps the response predictable. The smooth face means less spin than a textured racket, which some players will notice on bandejas.
The extra weight does come at a cost late in long matches. Your arm will feel it in fast exchanges at the net, and players who rely on quick hands rather than strength may find a lighter racket easier to live with. For players who like a solid, stable feel, though, it is a big plus.
